When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey.
Delivery time depends on your location and the item, but generally takes 7–14 business days. Please note there might be delays during peak seasons or due to customs.
We begin processing your order quickly, but if you contact us within 12 hours, we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations.

Our prices are displayed in USD, but your card provider will automatically convert the payment to your local currency.
Order Returns
As most of our products are limited or handmade, we typically don’t accept returns based on personal preference. However, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to support you.
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item with photos of the issue. We’ll review and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
